Component ID Conflicts with .gha files

i got these errors after updating to 1.10 using polinatin, also i tried uninstalling but it didn’t do anything

This particular issue with the .gha files being duplicated can happen if you have run the Pollination single-click installer in the past and then you run the Food4Rhino installer script without uninstalling Pollination.

Generally, it is recommended that you stick to using only the Pollination single-click installers or the Food4Rhino installers but not both. For your case here, I recommend closing Rhino, deleting the folder that you have here:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\UserObjects\ladybug_grasshopper_dotnet

… and then reinstalling via the Pollination single-click installer.

Thank yu Chris for taking the time to reply. I deleted, the files and any other ladybug file on the c drive, and made sure it was completely uninstalled on grasshopper. Then reinstalled pollination and installed the ladybug using the gh file, same problem again. However I did uninstall it using gh uninstaller fine, but to my surprise it was still there and working fine. I am just curious if it affect anything later, and how can i check if it is working properly now?

I think you might be confused here:

The pollination single-click installer comes complete with Ladybug Tools. There is no need to run the ladybug .gh installer file after you have already run the Pollination installer. Doing so will create a duplicate copy of the components.

Just stick to using the pollination installer here on out and you will never need to use the Food4Rhino installer.gh file ever again.
