Confuse opaque conduction values

Hi everyone!
I am currently running an energy simulation for an office (simple box) in a hot dry climate zone. I was expecting that the envelope will generate heat gains since the temperatures outside will be warmer than the ones inside most of the time.
Why am I getting negative opaque conduction values even in the warmer months? What am I missing?

Found it! it was the face boundary condition of the ground.
If it is set to adiabatic then the heat losses in the warmer months disappear.
