Confusing simulation result after installing insulation

Hello everyone. I have a problem with energy simulation after installing insulation. in class00, which is in the west side, when I install shading devices and double glazed windows, total thermal load decreases but when I add insulations, the result is the opposite.

Insulation is usually helpful but not necessarily so. If the space is cooling dominated because of a high load from people or equipment or solar (instead of conduction through the envelope), then higher insulation will only increase that cooling load.
