Cooling and Heating metrics won't appear in Energy Balance

Hello, I want to vizualize my energy balance monthly. Everything shows perfectly except the everything related to HVAC. It shows me an error related to my HVAC modelling being too detailed. I have followed what the warnings says that I should do, but still it won’t work.

Energy Balance + GH :

Error:

1. The following Rooms use HVAC systems other than Ideal Air.
   The cooling and heating results for detailed HVAC are electricity and
   fuel, which cannot be used in load balances of thermal energy.
   Either replace these detailed HVAC systems with Ideal Air Systems or
   use the “HB Annual Loads” component to get a load balance these
   roomswith detailed HVAC:

@AESB99 So like it says in the error message, detailed HVAC doesn’t work with this component and HB Annual Loads should be used in it’s stead.
The HB Thermal Load Balance component checks for whether or not rooms have ideal air or other hvac, and will only work with ideal air HVAC.

Yes, @AbrahamYezioro has correctly identified the use of (non ideal air) detailed HVAC as the source of the error. But it’s not a bug and let me explain why you aren’t able to construct energy balances or match data to rooms with detailed HVAC results. When you run a simulation with detailed HVAC, the energy use happens on the basis of each piece of HVAC equipment rather than each room like ideal air systems. Hi @behnammmohseni , Your sample file does not have geometry internalized in it so it is not much help. Just use the HB Annual Loads component to get your energy balance instead of the Model To OSM component. Here is a sample file that shows you how to do this.
