Cooling Units/ PH equipment/ DHW heater not importing

When I open my PHPP file and run the script, I notice the following issues:

  1. Mechanical Cooling Checkbox: The mechanical cooling checkbox has not been ticked on the verification page of my PHPP spreadsheet.
  2. Cooling Units Worksheet: No unit information has been imported correctly into the Cooling Units worksheet. The ventilation unit is imported correctly under the components tab, but the cooling unit is not.
  3. PH Equipment/DHW Heater: This issue also affects the PH equipment/DHW heater.

I have attached my script and model for your reference. Please note that you may notice other issues evident in the script. I plan to address these in separate, personalised posts, but please highlight any that might be directly relevant to this matter. Thank you for your time.
**Edit:**I am a new user so unfortunately I can’t upload my script. If there is anything you’ll need I am happy to email it to you.

I am using:

  • Rhino 8
  • LB v1.8
  • HB-PHv1.7.01
  • PHPP v10.4a

Conditioning/ Vent Systems

PH equipment

DHW

I don’t know the answer but I know someone who may @edpmay

Thanks @TrevorFedyna ,

@Luke: great questions - I’ll see if I can answer:

1. Mech Cooling checkbox: Thanks for pointing that out. That is a mistake in the Grasshopper PHI-Certification object which I will add to the TODO list to add.

2. Cooling Units: This feature is not yet fully implemented I’m afraid - PHPP 10 changed several items in this sheet which we have not updated to support just yet - this is on the TODO list as well though. So for now this worksheet is not supported I’m afraid.

3. PH Equipment should be working though? Can you maybe send me the file directly in a direct message and I’ll have a look? if that doesn’t work feel free to email me at ed@bldgtyp.com

4. DHW Same, that should be working, so lets take a look at the file to see what is happening there? From the screenshot it certainly appears that you have it done correctly though?

best,
@edpmay

Thank you for replying, yes that would be very helpful I’ll send it through now.
