Hello!

I have a problem. I would like to run an annual daylight, but i have a report.

Somebody also had this problem? Do you know any solution?

Use the latest version of the plugin. It has better error logging.
If that didn’t help then share the log file which should include the error.

I already downloaded the latest plugin, but does’t work. Sorry but I’m not very IT oriented, how can I share the log file and where can I find it?

Hi @Hajdu,

There is a file in the __logs__ folder in the project folder. You can upload the file logs.txt here or via a shareable link on Dropbox, Google Drive, or something else.

Hi @Hajdu,

There is nothing wrong with the logs that you shared. Make sure to select the failed study if you still have the issue.
