Custom electricity rate to replace URDB label input for REOpt - dragonfly

Hi All,

I tried the REOpt component from Dragonfly, and it asks for URDB label input. However, my site location does not have URDB label available.

Does anyone know how to provide a simple custom input to replace URDB label?
I want to use a fixed annual electricity rate ($/kWh).

I see that on REOpt Lite website ([REopt Web Tool | REopt Energy Integration & Optimization | NREL]), there is an option to input a custom annual electricity rate to replace the URDB label. But I am not sure if the REOpt component inside Grasshopper allows a similar features.
