Hi there,
I’m trying to run the HB Annual Daylight and whenever I run it without defining shades, everything is perfect but when I assign shades to the model, I get the below error. I also tried to assign only a surface as a shade to see if it is solved but no matter how simple the shape of the shade is, whenever there’s any shade with any shape, I receive the following error in the picture.
