decomposeParDict_scotch and snappyhexmesh issue

When I set up decomposeParDict_scotch for snappyhexmesh, my OpenFOAM does not generate snappyHexMesh.log.

I removed decomposeParDict_scotch and it worked well. Is there any problem that I’m missing?

I am having the same issue. What is baffling is that it was working fine just until recently.
Any luck with solving that?
