I’m creating an illuminance analysis with HB+ for a project located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Therefore I’m Brazilian Standard that requires an illuminance analysis at 9:30 AM and 15:30 PM.
I’m using a CIE Standard Sky Parameter to create the sky and a control knob to set the hour. I thought that setting the knob to 9.5 would translate to 9:30 AM. But when I look closely to the system window that opens right after running the analysis, it seem that the hour is rounding up to 9:00AM. I’m not sure why.
Has anyone had this problem? How can I fix it?
