Hi there,
I’m trying to run several point in time irradiance simulation (like for one day but 6 time steps per hour) instead of running an annual irradiance simulation. I read some materials that the calculation method between point in time and annual simulation is different, so I choose to run several point in time simulations instead.
However, when I try to generate the climated bsed sky from WEA( WEA from EPW file), it seems like the -alt -az -dhi -dni numbers are different if I change the time step in WEA from EPW .
If I keep the timestep as default which is one
climate-based -alt 8.78818488993 -az 67.1263545825 -dni 334 -dhi 40 -g 0.2
If I change the timestep to be 6,
climate-based -alt 3.68457647981 -az 62.5789086114 -dni 173 -dhi 21 -g 0.2
