Domestic hot water, flow rate if assigning HWS to HB Rooms

Hello!

When I assign the Hot Water System in HB to certain HB rooms only, can I use the flow rate already provided from the program, e.g. for midrise apartments, or do I need to adjust this flow rate based on my expected number of faucets, tubs, etc?

I am asking because I am not sure how the change in the square footage (since the flow rate is given on a per m2 basis) might affect this.
