for running UWG just accept Chicago epw weather file !!!
and the error message is:

  1. Solution exception:FATAL ERROR! Try reducing the simulation timstep to fix this error…
    Error at 12/22 21600.0s for bld BEMDef: Type = MidRiseApartment, Zone = 2B (Phoenix), Era = Pre80, Construction = SteelFrame.
