No. This is not a bug. In this case seems to be a misunderstanding on the context input. Your context is located at the same location as the shading element is supposed to be calculated (just above the window limits). If you disconnect your geometry you get this:
If you add some “real” context, like surrounding buildings, you can get something like this:
Some of the bugs are related to the option of plotting pergola shadings, which not always work as expected. That seems to be caused by some change on Rhino at some release, and i didn’t succeed in identifying to solve it. There are probably more that i don’t remember now.
