Energy simulation failure

Hey guys, I am trying to run a basic energy simulation but I keep on getting the alot of severe and terminating errors
I have E+ version 9.4 and OS version 3.1, HB version 0.0.66 and LB version 0.0.68.
The energy simulation runs through E+ but then it fails, do you think it is due to incompatibility between any of the software versions? Could you please advice, please find below report from E+ and attached is GH file.

Unfortunately, I can’t open your file now, but the error report tells you that you created a glazed surface (fenestration type) with more than 4 vertices. Energyplus does not handle these types of surfaces. The solution is to triangularize them but leave a base surface for each triangle. This way the EP engine works fine.
