Some of the EPW links are a bit dodgy. You can usually find the working URL on https://climate.onebuilding.org/
In your case this is the working link:

@AntonelloDiNunzio, @mostapha - on GitHub it looks like the two of you are most actively supporting epw map, it seems as though there’s a bug with the onebuilding links missing part of the URL, would you be able to look into it?

Thanks for pointing that out! It seems that some onebuilding links of the epw map are outdated.
I confirm that SAU_TB_Tabuk.Rgnl.AP.403750_TMYx.zip is not in our dataset.
We will update them.
