Error- Run energy Simulation

Hello everyone,
Please help me here .

I’m attempting to create thermal comfort for an outdoor area using Honeybee and Ladybug. However, I’m encountering an error with the UTCI map every time I try to run the energy simulation. I’ve made sure to update everything mentioned in previous similar questions from GitHub, such as Radiance, OpenStudio, EnergyPlus, etc.

The model units are in meters only.

Could you share the 3D model and gh file?

I am guessing you have the same problem as I do on this topic.
Have you tried updating the honeybee as per @chris’s instructions?
I haven’t solved the issue yet, but probably it is not the case with your issue

Hi Ricardo, yes, it worked. I followed some topics on the forum and updated the plugins. Also, the radiance file was missing in my case.
