Error running butterfly for a room with inner walls

hello,
I am trying to use butterfly to simulate the airflow in a room with an atrium and several inner walls. But my model only run well when I use the model without the inner walls. When I added the inner walls, it “crashed” after around 100 runs.
please find enclosed my gh file and the images of the results and model.

Does any one knows what’s the problem?

Did you subtract the inner walls from the model? From the screen shot it seems you have two geometries inside each other without subtracting the smaller one from the larger one.
