Error: Solar distribution model is set to place solar gains on zone floor

Hi,

I’m trying to calculate the solar heat gains for a zone and have a couple of errors. I’m not sure what is the exact problem here. Has someone had similiar errors?

  • The internal floor is not recognised as a floor but as a ceiling
  • Simulation error: Solar distribution model is set to place solar gains on zone floor

Hi，zahabia.I get the second error that shows in your picture.And I don’t know how to solve it.Did you solve this error？Can you share your experience about it?
