Error when importing gbxml files

Hi people!

i’ve got some problem with importing, gbxml files to working HB model, i tried to upgrade OpenStudio, because that was the first problem (3.4 or newer were required) after that i got the following error:

IF you have some tips what could be the problem i would be greatful!

I also got the same error, but I was importing an idf file (which is directly from EnergyPlus example files). Have you found any way around it?
