I have tried different block mesh, simple grading, multi-grading, small cell size, big cell size, with refinement region, without refinement region. All produce the same error. I have been running fine with butterfly0004. This error only appear when I update butterfly to butterfly0005.
I have looked up this error and found one similar, tried checked and tested what was suggested here but does not seem to work
On openfoam, they suggest the error is kind of an “index out of range error”
