Face grid points created on both sides of surface

Hi all,

I’m trying to generate a face grid to carry out radiation, view factor analyses etc. But the test points seem to be made on both sides of the surface, even though the surface normals are all facing the correct direction.

See below the view from above (blue is the buildings)

and normals as they should be (?)

The same thing happens when I directly look at the results from the ViewPercent component – see the sensors ‘on the wrong side’ of the surface

Any suggestions???

Fixed thanks to @LanceMonfort offline!

The problem was that the geometry was miles away from the origin. Moving the geometry was the solution.
