Hi, I used macOS high sierra with version 10.13.6

The panel output says the python version used by honeybee was built for Catalina (10.15), you are two versions behind (10.13).

Mac Installation Issues with old OSX

Thanks for all the amazing work you do!! Awesome that LB is OS independent now! Unfortunately it seems like my installation wasn’t successful, with the message below (same message for all libraries…). I’m running Rhino 6 on High Sierra, OS 10.13.6. Is my OS version too old? I also tried installing Python3 separately and verified it was successfully installed but no luck with LB Tools still. Thanks! [image]

Apparently our python doesn’t like Mac 10.13. I am not sure what’s the best way to address it from our side. We will need a 10.13 Mac machine to create a Python for 10.13, or you update your system to 10.15. [image]

From the answers it seems to me that you need to upgrade to at least Mojave (10.14). If you are still on HS because of an NVIDIA GPU, this is unfortunate. (the last supported macOS by NVIDIA drivers is 10.13.6)
