Yep, I’m sure that is the issue.
EnergyPlus has a fixed tolerance of 1 cm (which no one usually knows about until they try to simulate a model like this because the E+ team hasn’t really documented it). But, long story short, any geometry that is smaller than 1 cm cannot be simulated in EnergyPlus.
If you use the latest version of the plugin, you should get an explicit error about this whenever it happens:
