Filling wall space between rooms

I have created a dragonfly model from an architect’s plan. The simplest way is to include just the room its self, however this creates spaces in between the rooms for the walls which obviously causes errors when establishing the internal walls. Is there a way to deal with this? I was wondering if I could extract all the rooms from another volume to create some sort of wall volume? Are there any work arounds for this?

there are also other rooms that are very smaller than the surroundings. you can easily merge them with others if the operations are not so special (like it rooms, special process loads in that spaces).

If you use a large-scale system engine like URBANopt in DG, these details show minor changes but cause problems and slow the run.
