I am trying to calculate energy consumption of a highrise building. However, I am getting an error- ** Severe ** DetermineShadowingCombinations: There are 4 surfaces which are casting surfaces and are non-convex.
I have checked other messages with similar issues but couldn’t understand what’s causing it or how to remove it.
I am still getting the energy consumption values in kWh. But with this error. Does this error cause any major differences in energy calculations?
