Having Difficulties in Energy Simulation

   When I tried to use the component "Honeybee_Run Energy Simulation",it told me that "1. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:

** Severe ** CheckConvexity: Surface=“B1A6656E58E7451B88D6” is non-planar."
But when I copy directly my models into another grasshopper files,it ran successfully.

Seems to be a tolerance issue or units issue. Are the units and tolerance different in both the file?
