HB ClimateBased Sky @12am result is wrong!

Hi all,

I am doing HB-point in time grid-based simulation by using climate-based sky in LB 1.4.0. I want to test the illuminance on the solstice days. However, the illuminance (lux) result is some value at 12am, rather than ‘0’. At 1am it is ‘0’ since it is night time, which is correct. But I don’t know why at 12am is not a zero value.

On the other hand, when I use the CIE sky, I get a zero value at 12am.

Has anyone encountered the same issue?

Hey @berrakbalci ,

Thank you for finding and reporting this issue. This is a bug in the ClimateBased component that only affects hours exactly at midnight. I just pushed a fix:

And you can get the fix on your end with the LB Versioner in an hour or so. Thanks again!
