HB glare analysis issue: Outdoor is ok but Indoor not

Hi all,
I have an issue with indoor glare analysis (even basic glare analysis file runs well). I will attach some pics below:

but unfortunately also if I change the image dimensions nothing seems to change.

and these are about outdoor that seems to works:

I hope someone will able to help this (maybe silly) problem. Thank you in advance.

Can you try and manually set the image size to 800 * 800 or smaller? You can set it up in the recipe component.
