HB louvre shade component error

I had set up a gh file using LBTs which worked fine for simple energy modelling.
However, the same file which was working fine previously had an issue with the HB louvre shade component, even though I had not made any changes to the file. This was the component error note, which goes away when I disconnect the louvre depth - does anyone know how to fix the issue?:

  1. Solution exception:‘Face’ object has no attribute ‘is_exterior’

    Room energy model.gh (219.8 KB)

The 0 input is what is causing the issue I believe

Strange that it’s reading the input HB aperture as 0 though. I hadn’t made any changes to the gh file which was working fine previously, so what could make input HB geometry turn to zero input?
I’ve uploaded the gh file with internalised geometry so you can see the issue.

I just checked myself on a shoebox it looks like the 0 being an issue with that component has been fixed

How did you fix the issue and where did you deduce the ‘0’ input from?

@Rob I just opened the file you uploaded, none of the louver components are throwing an error:

Maybe do a fresh reinstallation with the pollination installer?
also nice neat canvas

Thanks Trevor - yes, I think it’s an IT set up issue.
