Help! OpenStudio hangs during EnergyPlus simulation

Hi all,

I’m trying to do some EnergyPlus calcs on a model for a hotel.
A user on this forum built a model for me to simulate in OpenStudio. It works on his machine, but on my machine it hangs.
After running the simulation it stops somewhere in the “Updating Beam-to-Diffuse Exterior Solar Reflection Factors” stage.
Upon aborting it says:
“OnRunProcessErrored: Simulation failed to run, QProcess::ProcessError: 1
Simulation failed to run, with exit code 62097”

I am unsure what to do next. What steps could I do to try to make it run?
I have rebooted fresh, but not sure what else I could do?

Here it hangs. I left it there for hours, but doesn’t continue. I tried 6 times.
