Help resolve compatability matrix for successful urbanopt simulation

Hello @chris,

I am running into an issue due to the compatibility matrix, the error message I am receiving is

  1. Solution exception:The installed URBANopt is version 1.1.0.
    Must be version 1.4.0 to work with dragonfly.
    Get a compatible version of URBANopt by downloading and installing
    the version of URBANopt listed in the Ladybug Tools compatibility matrix
    1.4 Compatibility Matrix · ladybug-tools/lbt-grasshopper Wiki · GitHub.

I updated all of my components to meet the matrix as described on GitHub which states that I need urbanopt 1.1.0, is there something I am missing? I got this issue when trying to run “from_building_solids” sample file.

As of today, when you use the LB Versioner component to update, or when installing Ladybug Tools using any of the recent Pollination installers, the default version that is obtained is the DEV version. Therefore, you need to install URBANopt 1.4.0 in order to use it. You can use HB Check Versions to check the current actual version of LBT.
