Honeybee abnormal cooling load

Hi all,
I’m trying to use honeybee and OpenStudio for energy analysis for a two-storey single family house.
After creating the model, and run the analysis in grasshopper, the results showed an abnormally high cooling load as shown in pic below. I have checked the process and realized a few other problems which I think might be related to the incorrect results and I’d love to get some insights from you all regarding ways to fix this if possible.

  1. After running through Adjacency, there’re some issues related to final Ceiling/Interior floor area. (where you could see from the pics attached, a very tiny area in first floor is also recognized as roof, but when i check the first set of adjacency, i.e. ground and first floor separately they are all fine. )

  2. I tried to create external construction materials myself, yet I found myself unable to connect more than one material under each construction sets, otherwise an error would pop up in the end. Is there any wrong connections I had?

Thank you in advance for your answers and kind help!
