Honeybee cannot be installed

I am a student majoring in architecture in Japan. The following error occurs for honeybee components:

failed to download the files needed to run EnergyPlus with OpenStudio 2.x.

Installing ladybug and honeybee again does not resolve it. I’m having trouble not finding a solution. Gentlemen, please help me.

I would just use the new LBT 1.4 plugin. The energy simulation capabilities there are much more robust than Legacy Honeybee.
