Honeybee Energy Plus "AdditionalStrings_" Error

Hey all,

I’ve been trying to run this file:

008_Honeybee%20EnergyPlus%20Simulation.gh

with this Rhino file:

4.6.3dm

and when running the simulation I got this error:

  1. Solution exception:global name ‘additionalStrings_’ is not defined

additionalstrings_%20error.jpg

I tried reinstalling EnergyPlus (8.2.0) and run it again. No use.

Ideas???

You need to reinsert the HB_runEnergySimulation component. Seems to be that you updated the file using the HB_Update component. This usually works well, but when the the updated version of the component has more input/output items it doesn’t, even though it appears it was updated.

You can tell when you get errors like this one.
