Honeybee_Export to OpenStudio Error - Invalid literal for float(): Rough'

Hi All,
I am trying to run an energy simulation with 10 layers input into the EPConstruction component. The idea is that I have an existing brick wall which has a new prefab wall mounted on the exterior. The purpose is to improve energy efficiency of existing buildings. The existing brick wall is the baseline and is input as the 10th layer. Anyways I have done everything correctly but honeybee seems to have a problem with the roughness input which is not required. It shows the following error: Invalid literal for float(): Rough’. Is there a way to solve this?

For some reason I cannot upload files as a new user. So here are the links. Thanks!

Hi @amor2793 You should post additional screenshot and your grasshopper file for further discussion.
