How convert a not DOE .wea file to .epw file?

Hallo dear community,

any advice on how to convert the attached weather data (is not a E+ .wea data) to a .epw file for LB?

I would suggest looking into CCWeatherGen. I believe, it takes TRY files as an input.

On another note I would advise to use a latest generation of weather data such as TMY3.
