How do I put the model skylight in the HB?

• How do I turn them into HB surfaces?After I connect, the computer shows that it is not a closed object. Why? i dont understand…

The skylight is intended for horizontal windows. From your images i see they really are vertical. If so, you should use the add windows component instead.
