How does LB Tools compute if a ceiling is over 8 feet tall?

I have heard that certain load calculation tools mess up when a ceiling is above 8 feet tall. In other words, the results you get may not be correct, especially for coil sizes. If I have a ceiling that is over 8 feet tall (lets say 20 feet) should I chop it up into sizes below 8 feet?

Hi @Navid.E,

Welcome to the forum. LBT handles well every room height if used for energy calculations. Air changes per hour, heat loss through constructions everything works fine.
The effect of heat stratification for very tall rooms however is not well simulated. Probably you can better use a CFD tool for this.
