How to import Local Standard files?

I want to apply standard files (including construction sets, climatezones etc.) which was written based on regulations in my own country to Honeybee. Where should I drag these standard files?
My LBT Version is 1.4.0
(I checked “C:\ Users[Username]\AppData\Roaming” while there is no “ladybug_tools” file)
