How to include or ignore the blank data

This is one of zones of the district model. As the some of the buildings are classified as “no air conditioning service” and hence no reports are generated. When I tried to plot the grapgh, it said failed to collect data. Therefore, what should i do so as to ignore the data or include blank data for plotting graph as the blank data includes area, which affect the result of the cooling load intensity
