How to model AirDetails, HeatingDetails, and CoolingDetails in new HB?

I am trying to model a Fan Coil system with District Heating and Cooling, to mimic Ideal Air but also output Fan and Pump energy.

FanCoilDistrictHeatingCooling.gh (50.0 KB)

Instead of using the “_vintage”, is there a way to override those values for example for efficiency values of heating/cooling coils, air side economizers? I can’t use the ASHRAE defaults.

I used to model HVAC in Legacy Honeybee, however everything changed drastically with the new HB, and I don’t understand now how to model AirDetails, HeatingDetails, and CoolingDetails in the new version of HB. I watched all the videos here, but I couldn’t find the answers. :frowning:

@mrbro sorry to be off topic but where do I find this dark mode idf editor!?

Hi @TrevorFedyna

Hehe, this is just a High Contrast theme for Windows (It will change every window).

Any hint on where to find this info? Is there a way to specify efficiency for HVAC, and the rest of parameters?

@mrbro I think that ironbug might be the way to go, as you have much more detailed control over the hvac system.
