I am new to this software, working on my dissertation “Role of day lighting in courtyard houses”. I have collected illuminance data from the site and generated my 3d model in Google sketchup. I want to calibrate it by using honeybee grid based daylight simulation. People suggest me how can i move forward. Do i have to regenerate a parametric model in grasshopper? or Do i have to make single surface basic model? My file becomes too heavy to simulate.
