How to simulate hybrid ventilation with honeybee?

Is it possible to simulate hybrid ventalition(natural ventalition and air-conditioned) with honeybee? For example, if the outside temperature is between 19-23 °C then use natural ventalition, otherweise use air-conditioning if set point of room temperature hit the set point for cooling and heating? thanks for the guide to link. I asked a further question there, if it is possible to use setback for heating and cooling in hybrid ventilation, do you have any idea?
