I’ve been trying to understand what exactly goes into HVAC system (e.g. All-Air PTHP)? I understand its based on ASHRAE but is there a table of the exact inputs that are modelled (e.g. efficiency’s?)

I recommend opening the OSM file that’s exported from Honeybee in the OpenStudio Application. The UI of the OpenStudio app will allow you to see each individual piece of HVAC equipment that makes up the system, including the properties, efficiencies, performance curves of this equipment.
Wherever possible, the properties, efficiencies, and performance curves have been taken from the ASHREA 90.1 standard.
