HVAC SYSTEMS - Low Heating and Cooling Demand

Hello All,

On the current, I am dealing with midrise apartment simulation. My main objectives are annual cooling and heating energy demand but results are so low than I expect.

Location is in ASHRAE climate 4A.

Do you have any suggestions for solving it?

Do you think it is related with Natural Ventilation?

Because model does not consist any natural ventilation module.
