I am getting some color to display and a label beside the room but i am not able to get anyting on faces and it doesn’t dsplay the same as the tutorial. Units are in meters and the box is like 10 meters.

So when I brought it into my grasshopper file it worked but did not work when I connect my room from solid to it… and know does not work when I plug your back in

For this one, you just have the wrong node connected (should the ‘room’ you pass along, not the ‘out’):
For the display:
- So you are saying that the component I sent you does work, and does show the faces with the display names in the Rhino scene?
- What versions are you on here? If you use the ‘Check Versions’ component, what do you see:
- Does it act any differently when you pass your Brep into my ‘RoomFromSolid’ component?
Oh, well that was an easy one.
My version is 1.9.5. I just downloaded when i started your course, so it is super up to date, but I seem to remember having to redownload it when I did the test you talked about in the video, but it was good the second time.

So it appears that it still doesn’t work, either with ‘your’ RoomFromSolid, or ‘my’ RoomFromSolid component - correct? You don’t ever see any labels show?
