Ladybug and Honeybee have been updated to the latest versions,but The EnergyPlus still doesn’t work properly and shows the following problems, please look at the picture

The OpenStudio component is the officially-recommended way to run the simulation as @minggangyin states.
But, if you really want to use the direct-to-idf “Run Simulation” component, you could change your version of EnergyPlus to an officially-supported version. It looks like the one that you currently have installed is not supported. You can check your version of EnergyPlus by looking at the output of the “Honeybee_Honeybee” component.
The latest version is 0.0.66 and what i can see in your screenshot is 0.0.65.
