I am trying to set the availability schedule for the ideal loads systems using the AirDetails component (using RunEnergySimulation **not **OS). However it appears to creating duplicate schedules for each zone.

The Run Energy simulation component is currently deprecated and you should be using the OpenStudio component. I have not been able to create your issue on the OpenStudio component. I only get one availability schedule when I use the following:

I realize that, if we’re still keeping the EnergyPlus component in the tab, we should fix the bugs in it. I still recommend using the OpenStudio component but you can see that I fixed the bug here:
