I’m not sure you have an error. The kind of text on your screenshot is normal, for example “needs_config = false” and “needs_platform = false” probably mean that you are re-using the simulation folder from before (which is fine) and that URBANOpt doesn’t need to re-download dependencies.
Did you let the cmd window stay open and run for at least 15 minutes? It just takes a while to get started sometimes.
